Strategic Groups

Consortia Cymru

Chair: Richard Parry Jones
This group meets three times a year and consists of the consortia coordinators for each region. Individual consortia then meet locally.

 

Inclusion/Additional Learning Needs

Chair: Mike De Val
Vice Chair: Chris Abbott
Convenor: Graham Edwards (Wrexham)
This group meets three times a year, mainly made up of Heads of Inclusion Services and other senior Inclusion/ALN officers, plus chairs of the sub-groups that report to it

 

Strategic Support Services

Lead roles: Richard Parry & Gerson Davies
This strategic group does not meet as such, but the Directors allocated take a lead role in engaging with the sub-groups in this category.

 

Quality Assurance

Chair: Karl Napieralla
Vice Chair: Robert Barbour
Convenor: Tony Lynch
This group meets three times a year, mainly made up of Heads of School Effectiveness and other senior advisers.

 

Lifelong Learning & Skills

Lead roles: Terry Garner & Mike Keating
This strategic group does not meet as such, but the Directors allocated take a lead role in engaging with the sub-groups in this category.
